PERSONALISED PET WEDDING PHOTO BANNER

Include your dog or cat in your celebrations with a personalised banner made from their own photograph.

A lovely personal touch for weddings and engagement parties, whether displayed behind the celebration table, across a party backdrop or around your venue.

Feature one favourite pet throughout the banner or include different pets within your selected quantity’s design allowance.

Choose plain photo heads or add a veil, flower crown, bow tie or another accessory from the listing charts. Optional names, dates or short wording are printed as part of your chosen design.

CHOOSE YOUR SIZE

• Mini: approximately 4 inches / 10 cm
• Standard: approximately 7 inches / 18 cm
• Super: as large as possible on A4, up to approximately 10 inches / 25 cm

Sizes include any accessories and are measured along the longest side, whether height or width.

Wide ears, fluffy fur and accessories affect the finished shape. A wider pet head may be shorter in height than a narrower head in the same size option.

Final measurements vary with each design. The size refers to each banner piece, not the total banner length.

The printable option is made to order and is not an instant download. You will need your own printing materials and a way to hang the finished pieces.

HOW MANY DIFFERENT HEADS CAN I INCLUDE?

• 8–20 pieces: up to 2 different head types
• 25–60 pieces: up to 5 different head types
• 70 or more pieces: up to 10 different head types

These allowances describe the number of different photo head designs you can include, not the total number of banner pieces.

Repeat one favourite photograph throughout the banner or include different pets and photographs within your allowance.

Your selected quantity is the total number of pieces supplied, not the number per pet.

Tell me how many copies of each design you would like; otherwise, I’ll divide the quantity as evenly as possible.

MAKE IT YOUR OWN

Choose accessories using the reference codes in the listing photographs, or write “No accessories”.

Bride-style designs are head only, with veils positioned behind the head. A groom bow-tie design includes a short neck and white collar so the accessory sits naturally.

If adding names, dates or wording, include the exact text, your font choice using the chart labels, such as Font 01 or Font 02, and your preferred text colour.

For multiple photographs, tell me which accessories and wording belong with each pet.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Select your size, quantity and physical or printable option.

2. In the personalisation or notes box, include:

• Your accessory codes, or “No accessories”
• Any pet names, dates or short wording
• Your font choice and preferred text colour, if adding wording
• Which details belong with each photograph
• How many copies of each design you would like
• The date you need your order

3. Upload your photographs when ordering if an upload option is available. Otherwise, use the shop’s contact option after ordering and include your order number.

4. Check your digital proof and reply with approval or any changes by the deadline provided.

5. I’ll prepare your physical banner pieces or finalise your printable file, depending on your chosen option.

PET PHOTO TIPS

Clear, well-lit original photographs showing your pet’s whole head and both ears work best.

• Keep the face clearly visible
• Include the top of the head, ears and surrounding fur
• Choose front-facing photographs where possible
• Avoid heavy filters, blurry images and screenshots
• Avoid photographs with hands, toys or other objects covering the face

Separate photographs are welcome—the pets do not need to be pictured together.

If you’re unsure whether a photograph is suitable, please contact me before ordering.

YOUR DIGITAL PROOF

I’ll usually email your proof within 1–5 days after receiving all photographs and personalisation details.

Please check the email address used for your order, including your junk folder. Reply with approval or any changes within 24 hours, or by the deadline stated in my message.

Please check names, dates, wording, accessories and the number of each design carefully.

If I don’t hear back by the stated deadline, I may proceed with the design shown to help avoid delaying your order.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Every banner is personalised and made especially for you. Please check the current processing times and delivery information before purchasing.

Photo preparation, proof review and preparing your order all take time. Postal transit for physical orders is additional to preparation time.

Printable files also require preparation and will not be available immediately after purchase.

Your needed-by date helps me plan but is not a delivery guarantee. If your event is soon, please contact me before ordering with your required date and, for physical orders, your delivery postcode.
