Processing times

As each order is personalised and handmade, please allow 2–5 working days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.

Processing begins once I have received all photographs and personalisation details needed to complete your order. Missing information may delay your order.

You’ll receive a digital proof to check before printing. If I don’t receive a response within 24 hours, I may continue with the design shown to avoid delaying your order.

UK delivery

UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 parcels within 2–3 working days after dispatch. This is an estimated delivery aim and is not guaranteed. Tracking information will be provided when your order has been dispatched.

International delivery

International orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, postal service and customs processing.

Making To Create currently ships within the UK and internationally, excluding European countries outside the UK.

International customers are responsible for any customs charges, import taxes or duties applied by their country.

Event dates

Please provide your celebration date in the “Order special instructions” box at checkout. If your event is approaching, contact me before ordering so I can confirm whether the timescale is achievable.

Although I’ll always do my best to help, postal delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Making To Create is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, adverse weather or other circumstances outside my control.

Delivery addresses

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. Contact me immediately if you notice an error. Once an order has been dispatched, I may be unable to redirect it.

Delayed, lost or damaged orders

If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact me at maketocreate@gmail.com with your name and order number so I can help investigate.
