How It Works

Creating your personalised party pieces is easy!

  1. Choose your product

Browse the shop and select your preferred product, quantity and available personalisation options.

  1. Email your photographs

After placing your order, email your photographs to maketocreate@gmail.com.

Please include your name and Shopify order number in the subject line so I can match the photographs to your order.

For the best results, send a clear, high-quality photograph showing the full face and hair. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters, strong shadows and photographs where part of the head is cropped.

  1. Add your personalisation details

Use the “Order special instructions” box at checkout to tell me:

• The date of your celebration
• Any party hats, ages or wording you would like
• Your preferred colours or theme
• Any other requests or important details

Photographs cannot be attached through this box, so please remember to email them separately.

  1. Check your proof

I’ll carefully prepare your design and send you a digital proof, usually within 1–3 working days. Please check the photographs, spelling and personalisation carefully.

  1. Approve or request changes

Let me know if you’re happy or would like something adjusted. If I don’t receive a response within 24 hours, I may continue with the design shown to avoid delaying your order.

  1. Handmade and dispatched

Once approved, your order will be printed, handmade and carefully packed before being dispatched from the UK.
