How It Works

Creating your personalised party pieces is easy.

1. Choose your product

Browse the shop and select your product, quantity and available personalisation options. Check the processing and estimated delivery information on the product page. If your celebration is soon, please contact me before ordering.

2. Upload your photos

Use the photo-upload area on the product page. Clear, original photos showing the full head and face work best. For pet products, please include the ears too.

If you have trouble uploading, email your photos to maketocreate@gmail.com after ordering and include your name and order number.

3. Tell me the details

Use the notes beside your upload or the order instructions at checkout to tell me your needed-by date, any hats, accessories, names, numbers, wording or colours you would like, and whether you want a digital proof. Write “Yes to proof” or “No proof needed”.

Your needed-by date helps me plan your order, but it cannot guarantee delivery by that date.

4. Check your proof, if requested

I’ll usually send a requested proof within 1–5 days. Please check the photos, spelling and details carefully. My message will give you a reply deadline based on your order and needed-by date. This is often within 24 hours of the proof being sent.

Reply by that deadline to approve the design or request changes. If I don’t hear from you, I may continue with the design shown so your order isn’t delayed. No reply does not mean you approved it.

If you chose “No proof needed”, I’ll prepare your order using the photos and details you supplied without waiting for approval.

5. Made for your celebration

I’ll print, finish and carefully pack your physical order before dispatch. If you bought a digital product, I’ll deliver the finished file as described on its product page.
