Privacy Policy
Make to Create Ltd, trading as Making To Create (“Making To Create”, “we”, “us” or “our”), operates this store and website, including its content, features, products and services.
Making To Create is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and related services to you.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information when you visit our website, place an order, submit photographs, contact us or otherwise use our services.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how we process personal information.

Depending on how you interact with our website and services, we may collect or process:

Customer Photographs and Personalised Artwork
When ordering a personalised product, you may provide photographs of yourself, another adult, a child or a pet by email.
These photographs are used only to:
-
Create your personalised design.
-
Prepare a digital proof.
-
Make and fulfil your order.
-
Respond to questions or requested changes.
-
Provide related customer service.
-
Resolve problems involving your order.
By supplying a photograph, you confirm that you have permission from the person shown or, where a photograph shows a child, permission from the child’s parent or legal guardian.
Original photographs and temporary working copies are deleted once they are no longer required following completion of the order.
The finished digital artwork created in Procreate may be retained securely to assist with replacements, future reorders and customer service. Because the finished artwork may still contain an identifiable face, it is treated as personal information.
You may request deletion of retained artwork by emailing maketocreate@gmail.com. We will fulfil the request unless relevant information must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.
Customer photographs and finished artwork will not be published, posted on social media or used in advertising without permission. They are not used for facial recognition, biometric identification or automated profiling.
