How do I send my photographs?

After ordering, email your photographs to maketocreate@gmail.com. Include your name and Shopify order number in the subject line so I can match them to your order.

What kind of photograph should I send?

Choose a clear, high-quality photograph showing the full face and hair. Natural lighting and a front-facing image usually work best. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters, strong shadows and photographs where part of the head is cropped.

Can I send more than one photograph?

The number of photographs available depends on the product and quantity you select. Please check the product options before ordering or contact me if you’re unsure.

Can you add a party hat, age or wording?

Yes! Available personalisation varies between products, but party hats, ages, wording, colours and other details can often be added. Enter your requests in the “Order special instructions” box at checkout.

Will I receive a proof?

Yes. I’ll prepare a digital proof for you to check before anything is printed, usually within 1–3 working days.

Can I request changes to my proof?

Yes. Please check your proof carefully and let me know if you would like anything adjusted. Changes should be requested before approving the design.

What happens if I don’t reply to the proof?

If I don’t receive a response within 24 hours, I may continue with the design shown to prevent your order from being delayed.

How long will my order take?

Production times vary depending on the product, quantity and level of personalisation. Please check the estimated delivery information before ordering. If you need your order for a particular date, contact me before purchasing so I can confirm whether it is possible.

Can you guarantee delivery by my event date?

I’ll always do my best to help, but postal delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Please order as early as possible and tell me your event date in the checkout instructions.

Do you create products using pet photographs?

Absolutely! Dogs, cats and other much-loved pets can be added to many of my personalised products.

Can you create something that isn’t currently listed?

I love unusual ideas and special requests. Please contact me with what you have in mind, the quantity required and the date of your celebration.

Are digital versions available?

Digital options are available for selected products. Please check the individual product listing or contact me before ordering.
