Put the happy couple on the drinks table with personalised wedding photo straws. I turn your photos into pre-cut face toppers and add your chosen veil, tiara, collar and bow tie or other coded accessory.
Lovely for your wedding reception, welcome drinks or evening celebration. Choose individual bride and groom heads, both faces together on each straw, or include your favourite people within your pack’s face allowance. Any couple combination is welcome, and you can choose no accessories for a simple photo-head design.
MAKE THEM YOUR OWN
Choose plain white, a colour or metallic finish, or a mixed set shown in the straw pages. Add your accessory codes in personalisation, or write “No accessories” for a simple photo-head design. If adding wording, include the exact text, font number and preferred text colour.
Tell me whether you would like separate heads or both faces together on each straw. For separate heads, let me know how many copies you would like of each person.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Your selected number of paper straws and personalised, pre-cut photo head toppers. Individual photo heads are approximately 2 inches (5 cm); the overall shape varies with the photo and selected accessories. Combined couple designs vary in width to fit both faces.
DIY kit: pre-cut photo heads, paper straws and sticky tabs supplied separately for you to assemble.
Ready to use: photo heads already attached to the paper straws.
Glasses, drinks and table decorations shown are styling props. The images show example designs; your order is made using the photos and details you send me.
PACK SIZES AND PHOTO CHOICES
6 straws — 1 face
12 or 24 straws — 1–2 different faces
50 straws — 1–5 different faces
100+ straws — 1–10 different faces
Repeated copies of the same photo count as one face. A combined couple design contains two faces, so please choose a pack allowing at least two different faces.

HOW TO ORDER
Select your pack size, DIY or ready-to-use option and straw colour.
Enter your accessory codes, separate or combined heads, any wording, font number if needed and wedding date in personalisation. For multiple photos, tell me which accessories belong with each face and how many copies you would like.
Send your photos through Etsy messages after ordering. Clear, well-lit original photos with the whole head visible work best. Separate photos of each person are welcome, and I’ll remove the backgrounds.
I’ll send a design proof for you to check before printing, then prepare your personalised set.
PROOFS AND TIMING
I usually send your proof within 1–5 days once I have your photos and all the details needed. Please check your Etsy messages and reply within 24 hours. If I don’t hear back, I may proceed with the proof as sent to help keep your order moving.
Please check the estimated delivery window on the listing. If you need your straws for a particular date, message me before ordering so I can confirm whether I can meet it. Delivery time is separate from preparing your personalised design.
Keep the printed photo toppers above the drink and dry.
