The size refers to the longest measurement of the finished cutout—either its height or width, whichever is greater.
This is especially important for photographs of pets lying down, where the width may be greater than the height.

The number of different designs cannot exceed the total number of cutouts selected. If ordering multiple pets, please tell me how many copies of each pet you require.

Send the original photographs through Etsy Messages if you cant upload when ordering.
Clear, well-lit photographs taken at your pet’s level will usually provide the best result. Please avoid screenshots, heavily filtered images and photographs where important parts of your pet are cropped out.
A proof will normally be provided within 1–3 working days. Please check your Etsy Messages. If no response is received within 24 hours, the design may be printed to prevent a delay.
