HOW TO ORDER
1. Select the total number of straws required.
2. Choose DIY Kit, Ready to Use or Printable File.
3. One illustrated head is included as standard.
4. If you would like more than one different person or pet illustrated, select an additional “Head version” for every extra head required.
5. Upload one clear photograph for each person or pet being illustrated.
6. Provide the reference code for any hat or accessory required.
7. Let me know whether you would or would not like to approve a preview.
IMPORTANT – HEAD VERSIONS
The number of straws and the number of illustrated heads are selected separately.
One illustrated head is included with your order. Ordering more straws repeats that selected illustration; it does not include additional people or pets being drawn.
For every additional person or pet you would like illustrated, please select one additional “Head version.”
For example:
• 24 straws featuring one person – no additional Head versions required
• 24 straws featuring two different people – select two Head version
• 24 straws featuring three different people – select three Head versions
When several Head versions are selected, the total straw quantity will be divided between the designs as evenly as possible.

If you would like a preview, it will be sent for approval before your order is printed. Please check your messages regularly so your order is not delayed.
If you do not require a preview, your order will be prepared using the photographs and instructions supplied.
PHOTO GUIDE
For the best result, please upload a bright, clear and high-quality photograph showing the complete face and hair.
Please avoid:
• Blurry or low-quality photographs
• Very dark photographs
• Heavy filters
• Screenshots where possible
• Photographs with part of the face or hair cropped
• Hands, glasses or other objects covering important features

SIZE
Each illustrated portrait is approximately 2 inches tall. The width varies naturally depending on the person’s face, hairstyle and selected accessory.

• Each portrait is an artistic interpretation of the photograph supplied.
• Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products.
• The included digital portrait is for personal use only.
