Choose a DIY kit to put together yourself, or ready-to-use straws with the photo heads already attached. Lovely for university graduations, college celebrations, school leavers and family graduation parties.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Your selected number of paper straws and personalised, pre-cut photo head toppers. Photo heads are approximately 2 inches (5 cm); the overall shape varies with the photo and chosen hat.
DIY kit: photo heads, paper straws and sticky tabs supplied separately for you to assemble.
Ready to use: photo heads already attached to the paper straws.
Glasses, drinks and table decorations shown in the images are styling props. The examples show possible designs; your order will be made using the photos and details you send me.
MAKE THEM YOUR OWN
Choose a graduation hat using the codes in the listing images, including navy, black, royal blue, red, green, burgundy, pink and white options, with different tassel colours.
Choose your text position:
T1 — No text
T2 — Text on the cap
T3 — Text below the face
For example: “Class of 2026”, “Class of 2027”, a first name or a short congratulations message. The year in the examples can be changed to your graduation year. If adding text, include your wording, font number and preferred text colour.
Have a different graduation cap? Send me a photo of it, or describe the cap and tassel colours in personalisation. I’ll make the graduation hat artwork match its colours and style.
Choose plain white straws, a coloured or metallic option, or one of the mixed sets shown in the straw colour pages.

6 straws — 1 face
12 or 24 straws — 1–2 different faces
50 straws — 1–5 different faces
100+ straws — 1–10 different faces
Repeated copies of the same photo count as one face. For larger quantities or help choosing your photos, send me a message.
HOW TO ORDER
1. Select your pack size, assembly option and straw colour.
2. Add your hat code, text option, wording, font choice and event date in personalisation.
3. Send your photo through Etsy messages after ordering. A clear, well-lit photo with the whole head visible gives the best result; I’ll remove the background.
4. I’ll send a design proof for you to check before printing, then prepare your personalised set.
PROOFS AND TIMING
I usually send your proof within 1–5 days once I have your photo and all the details needed. Please check your Etsy messages and reply within 24 hours. If I don’t hear back, I may proceed with the proof as sent to help keep your order moving.
Please check the estimated delivery window on the listing. If you need the straws for a particular date, message me before ordering so I can confirm whether I can meet it. Posting time and delivery time are separate from preparing your personalised design.
Keep the printed photo toppers above the drink and dry.
